Audit

Audit is aimed to provide evaluation by an independent expert, an auditor, upon the fair representation of financial information of the entity as a whole and regarding its separate aspects. By the results of audit of accounting data and the financial reporting results of the entity the auditor forms an opinion on whether the financial statements are prepared, in all material respects, in compliance with applicable law of Ukraine requirements, accounting principles (standards) or other regulations (internal entity regulations) according to the users’ requirements. (Art.3 of the Law of Ukraine “About Auditing”).
