A particularly strong feature of APiK’s personnel recruitment policy is the ongoing development and retention of a reliable team of specialists, including experienced professional auditors, taxation specialists, accounting experts, programmers in methodology, financial analysts and others.

The development of our specialists facilitates the improvement of their skills in accordance with structured plans. This involves the conduct of internal seminars at the Company, the professional certification of the employees through programs developed by the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine and in accordance with the requirements and norms of the International Federation of Accountants. Additionally, there is training and certification of employees according to western programs of professional education (ACCA).

Correspondent certificates awarded to the members of the team from the Ukrainian Audit Chamber are another example of the high level of proficiency of the Company’s employees. It is also of significance that the president of the Company was awarded a certificate from the Ukrainian American Humanitarian Institute “Wisconsin International University (USA) Ukraine” and a certificate from the Lovanium International Management Center (Belgium), both of which confirm the qualification level of consultant specialist in International Accounting Standards.

Consultant group CDG which co-operates with the firm in the direction of management consulting prepared by D. Righner Nithammer in the context of the international project "Transform" for Ukraine, was created by Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft e.V. in 1994 and Zaporozhye Engineer Academy.

Group experts studied in Germany at the firms IBM, Daimler-Chrysler, Rolf Benz, in Commercbank AG and at the school of banking in Bordo town, France. Supervisors of the group were consultants of the international project T-95-4037-R Tacis in Ukraine, of Committee on questions related with economic policy and agricultural management of Ukrainian Supreme Soviet of the 2nd convocation. The group consists of certificated experts (CDG), among those are: two Candidates of Science in Economy, one Candidate of Science in Physics and Mathematics and holder of Master's degree in business administration (MBA) as well as expert, registered in the European database of certificated quality experts.
