An important part of Company’s activities is broadening the range of services offered to client. Initially, many referrals are in respect of consulting expertise required from the Company.

Successfulness for the client's consulting services is provided by deep scientific and practical development. Thus, in order to improve practice of corporate and general management "Matrix method of CDG designing and effective system of governing implementation" is recommended to use in our clients' companies and banks. The method is in usage of particular matrix to choose the most appropriate system of management for a client. Every element of this matrix corresponds to one of the known strategy and general models. The next step is to develop the financial model in accordance with strategy and general models. All three models are assigned into Balanced Scorecard.

Success of our consulting projects is also provided with the following:

• possibility to have probation period abroad in foreign companies, working in the same field with a client. They are carried out through the mediation of non-commercial organization InWEnt (International Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gemeinnutzige GmbH);
• conducting internal corporate seminars on subject-matter, which is embraced by consulting materials;
• client's staff training based on the course "Buisness finance" in the Remote Center attached to the National Academy of State Management under the President of Ukraine. The course was developed by one of the experts of CDG group on demand of Global net of World Bank development in Ukraine.
